Selecting breeding cats is always a balance.  All of the breed characteristics are important and all need to be taken into account.  Each breeding program has its own things to avoid, whether asymmetries in markings or eye shape or build.  Each of us has particular big attractions, whether eye color, great contrast or size.  However, when making fine distinctions among very good kittens for breeding as adults, selecting based on health and temperament first is wise and productive. 

We enjoy being able to make our home our cattery program.   We're not into a caged existence.  We have toys/climbers all over our home and make sure our exercise, loads of love, kisses, hugs, and affection are given to our Ragdolls every day.  Our Ragdolls are our family pets/children and allowed free roam in our home and to sleep with us just like yours are.   Since our program is totally  inside our home, we have a small program with attention to detailed care.  Please read all about what we offer and do personally in our program, on the "Customer Service" page.

CatillacCats Ragdolls' priority and goal is to breed for the Standards written for the breed with show, registry associations.  This means Nearest to Perfect for a Ragdoll.  Health is at the top of our list!, personality and True Type are what we strive to attain from our breedings so we can offer the highest quality and nearest to the standards in all three categories of quality (pet, show, show-breeder).  We will show from time-to-time so judges can check our Ragdolls with the standards for the breed.
